Mark your calendars! Our 2026 annual meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, March 18, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at the historic Huffaker School at Bartley Ranch.
The purpose of this meeting is to elect a Board of Directors for the coming year and to discuss any other business that may come before the meeting.
Your participation is important, as we’ll be voting on key issues. If you’re unable to attend in person, don’t worry! Proxy votes will be sent out by mail this week. Please complete and return the proxy form by the deadline to ensure your voice is heard. The proxy vote allows a designated individual to vote on behalf of a shareholder who cannot attend the meeting.
